1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bluesky Pulse ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Bluesky Pulse is an analytics tool for the Bluesky social network. It provides publicly available profile analytics to anyone, and additional historical data and dashboard features to registered subscribers. The Service accesses only publicly available data via the AT Protocol.

3. Accounts

To access dashboard features, you must sign in with a valid Bluesky account via OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Bluesky Pulse offers Free, Pro, and Business subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe.

  • Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month and may be cancelled at any time. You will retain access through the end of the paid period.
  • Yearly subscriptions are non-refundable. By purchasing a yearly plan, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription period, including in cases of early cancellation or account termination.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions are not refunded but you may cancel at any time to stop future charges. Yearly subscriptions are non-refundable under any circumstances. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@blueskypulse.com within 7 days of the charge.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data beyond normal usage
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Bluesky's own terms of service
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service or its infrastructure

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code comprising Bluesky Pulse is the property of Bluesky Pulse and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Bluesky name and logo are trademarks of Bluesky Social, PBC, with whom we have no affiliation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any analytics data. The AT Protocol data we display is sourced from Bluesky's public API and may contain errors or be delayed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bluesky Pulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of material changes.
